Fear My Cookery!
I am working on what may be...could be....might well be the greatest recipe of all time.
Sopa de Queso Blanco y Papas ...or for the non-espanol speaking ppls, White Cheese Potato Soup! And made inna crockpot. Yes the recipe is growing into a full fledged entity like no other. I might even write this one out (this would be a first). Also on the side of the firsts, there is no call for meat in this recipe (though the toppings and/or variations do exist :D )
All made from semi-scratch (I don't know that I'll feel like making the cheese, though I do know how) and meant to fill our 5qt CrockPot. MWUAHAHAHAHAHA!

Tonight we have Castle Falkenstein and I may well go to dinner with the baronsamedi. YAY in either/both cases. My weight is still 'ROUGHLY' in the 190 range...but I've been eating like a White Chapel whore at buffet so don't know if that will stick around much longer. jedishadowolf has a flash inna pan job for today being her mom's slave. This is not new, but for the first time there was money offered...and it's like...HOLY CRAP!
It may be the first time her Mom had an idea that didn't make me wanna scream. And it benefits us. I'm so amazed.
