It isn't like this is a scheme she's contrived, or like she went searching until she could find costumes for the two of them. She just doesn't see how she's supposed to pass up something this good when it's so rare to get anything halfway decent from the box at all. "Until I went looking for clothes earlier and found this instead." Reaching into the bag, she carefully pulls out the dress, holding it up for a moment before letting it fall into her lap. "And I could just go alone, but I found something that goes with it, too, and it looked like it would fit you, so I thought... maybe we could dress to match."
After an unexpectedly fortunate trip to the clothes box, Jenny, armed with costumes, goes to ask Cameron if he'll dress up with her for Halloween.
