Ron swore and crumbled the paper into a ball, tossing it off to the side somewhere.

"It's gonna be a mascot for a Quidditch team, hopefully." Though, he and Harry hadn't talked much about team names or mascots yet.

"No, sugar, we didn't have it where I come from, though some of us could fly. Just heard about it from people over the years." Saw it in a kid's movie, same thing.
"Y'all startin' a league?" she asked, eyes narrowing in interest at the array of pages.
"But- how-?"

"My friend Harry and I got brooms last year," Ron explained, "They didn't work before, because of the whole 'no magic' thing here, but this guy helped us fix them up with muggle stuff so they actually fly."
It wasn't the same, but it was better than anything else they were going to get on the island.

It'd probably require some upkeep, since Ron wasn't sure anyone'd played an actual game of Quidditch on it since it'd been built, but he reckoned it'd be well worth it, in the end.
