Sports Night at The Catscratch!
So, maybe he should’ve known ahead of time, but trying to convince Kurt to come to the club? Was a big mistake. And kind of weird, when he thought about it. When he’d made the offer, it hadn’t occurred to him that he was opening that night, and that his job was to get naked in front of people, on a stage. And it was the look on Kurt’s face that got him wondering, for the first time, what his mom would think, and what Mr. Shue would think, which was more than enough to creep him out.
That had kind of been the end of that, and he realized that it was a pretty major relief not to have Kurt there looking at his mostly naked junk. As grateful as Puck was to have the guy around, there was no way in hell that would’ve been anything but awkward for everybody.
But anyway, it was theme night, and one that he was totally down with. He’d come out in full Titan’s gear, but after he’d come off the stage, he circulated the room in only the shoulder pads and football pants. And yeah, they made his ass look awesome.
The place was crowded and people were having a good time, even if things were really weird that weekend. More importantly, he swore that Rachel’s boobs looked even bigger than they had last week, which he hadn’t even thought possible. So, there were perks to being a stripper, after all, even when you weren’t getting actual tips.
