Quorra was still wearing the "Flynn Lives" t-shirt that Sam had pulled from the clothes box as she skipped along the path looking for the next fun thing to do. The man looked familiar even from a distance, but she didn't really believe it until he was right in front of her.
She froze in her tracks and stared at him.
He didn't look exactly the same, but it was close enough.
Quorra smiled. Even if it wasn't really him, for one moment she believed that here was the closest thing she'd had to a family for as many years as she could remember.
"Oh." Quorra sighed. She should have known it was too much to hope for. "Sorry. You just look like someone I used to know. He died, but that doesn't seem to mean much here."
Her disappointment couldn't last too long, though, not while she was in her current state. She felt like she could imagine that this guy was Flynn, even if he didn't know she was doing it.
Quorra trotted along beside him, occassionally hopping or skipping a few steps to keep up with her short kid legs.
"I'm a regular grown up woman." She'd learned it was better not to lead with the whole "computer program" thing. "I don't have purple hair, though I might if I could change it here. I like it."
She froze in her tracks and stared at him.
He didn't look exactly the same, but it was close enough.
"Hi."

"Are you Flynn? It's me, Quorra, only smaller."
She hoped it was really him.

"Hi, Chase. Where are you going?"

She was actually planning on doing no such thing, but it seemed like a good idea now.
"I'm not really a little kid."

She was starting to wonder if anyone looked like they were supposed to today.
"Maybe we'll meet in the middle when our ages go back to normal."

"Do you always look like Flynn, only younger?"
Quorra thought she'd have noticed someone who did, but she hadn't met everybody yet.
