Iroh was settling surprisingly well into life on the island. Though Azula's presence was...unpleasant, to say the least, and the absence of his bending left a void in his heart, he found there were plenty of things to enjoy about Tabula Rasa. The weather was pleasant, the people friendly and peace - actual, genuine peace - a delightful novelty.

But the tea selection was terrible. A man could not live on green and black tea alone! (Well, a man could, but could you really call that "living"?) In a tropical paradise such as this, there was no reason to tolerate such limited offerings. Surely there were plants that would yield delicious teas. It was simply a matter of finding them and experimenting.

So Iroh donned an adventurer's outfit - a wide-brimmed hat, another one of those cool and delightfully colorful "Hawaiian" shirts, and a streak of what someone had called "sunscreen" on his nose - and set off from the Compound into the jungle.
