From the moment Tony first locked eyes with her from over her pram, Effy Stonem ceased being Anthea and Jim's daughter and became instead Tony's sister-And Tony, although he'd be reluctant to admit it, could only ever truly belong to Effy. There is no other who knows him so fundamentally, who connects with him so effortlessly. How their fuck up parents managed to create two such extraordinary children will forever be a mystery, but if anybody's going to take credit for the exquisite ingenue that is Effy Stonem, it's going to be her brother.
