......................Huh.
It's not like Kate meant to watch a movie starring herself. Seriously, she sort of thought it was a romance. Time travel and epic love and all that. A nice way to pass a few hours until Sam was finished at school and take her mind of things. And boys. And the realization that nothing was apparently ever going to happen. But then, all of a sudden, it was her and it seriously looked like her. Not that like blonde clone she'd heard about.
This is so strange. Not to mention that is definitely her body up there having sex and taking clothes off and oh my God. She kept watching, though, slack-jawed. It was like a car crash you couldn't look away from. She can't even really get into the story because she's too focused on the weird and the complete out of body experience. This must be what it's like to be Duck every single day. Without the sex part. She really hopes without the sex part.
She furtively glances around, ducking farther down onto the couch and continues to munch on her popcorn. She's kind of good. Which, thank God. If she has to have clones, at least this Rachel person is a good actress. And how weird that a clone of hers is an actress? She needs to show this to Geoffrey. Maybe he'll be glad that it's not a television show about her life. A movie seems more dignified.
[ooc: Open to all. The movie is the Time Traveler's Wife. It's very much what Kate looks like now on the island. Feel free to drop in at any point in that movie. There are sex scenes, but you won't see TOO much of her body. I think there's one butt flash on her part. As usual, Sam's babysitters can have him with them if they would like.]
