"This is incredibly attractive, Jason," Karen said dryly, having come over from the path when she noticed what was going on. She wasn't going to mock -- seemed Jason at least knew he'd been a dumbass -- but that didn't mean she wasn't going to enjoy it, either.

Jason ignored the sarcastic comments that he knew were just Karen's way of being incredibly attracted to him and incredibly worried he'd ruin his tongue and she'd never get to feel its power and skill up in her lady parts.

He took the thermos, and unscrewed it, pouring the warm water over his tongue in small doses until he was free and his tongue was numb.

It was an interesting way of freeing himself, and Karen had to commend Jason for thinking ahead. Not that it made up for sticking his tongue to a pole, but she was sure he'd appreciate it.

"At least you thought ahead."

Looking up from where he was rubbing the feeling back into his tongue, Jason paused. "Yeah," he drawled, trying to get the hang of talking without pole in his mouth. "I kinda planned to defeat it this year."

"Hey, you got close," Karen said, choosing to ignore the fact that this wasn't the first time Jason had put himself through this. "You'll beat it next year, I bet."
