Seifer had never been allowed to pass his SeeD exam but he knew it wasn't due to stupidity. In fact, he understood a lot of things that his elders didn't seem to. One of the things he understood was that power was just a sword blade in the right place. Garden might have turned its back on Timber, by sending only a few raw and inexperienced bodies there rather than the SeeD army it so desperately needed, but Seifer hadn't and he was ready to show them all how a city could really be liberated.
It wasn't by shying away from confrontation, it was by heading straight to the heart of the problem. The president of Galbadia was in town and Seifer had decided to meet him full on. All the power anyone needed was one weapon in the right place.
He allowed himself a moment to think of how they, Rinoa, Squall even the Headmaster, would react once he'd proved himself on the biggest stage possible and then he banished such thoughts for the time being and charged into the tower he'd been watching, scattering guards before him like grains of sand. And then he had President Deling, the monster who held half the world in his thrall, in his grasp with a blade at his throat and he felt a rush of triumph bigger then he'd ever felt before.
Only that was where his dreams, his planning, had ended and suddenly he remembered that this was all being shown on TV in a city swarming with enemy soldiers. Instructor Quistis had entered the room pursuing him and he held onto his captive like a shield and realized he had no idea what to do next.
And then his trump card, the one thing he had of any value, disappeared out of his arms and Seifer found himself without a hostage, in a room he didn't recognize at all and he felt a stab of fear run through him. And he dealt it the way he always did, by turning it into things he could use, into rage and adrenalin, and so he charged at the nearest person he could find, without really looking at them, and pointed his gunblade towards their neck.
When he spoke he sounded much calmer then he felt, as he tried to grasp for some type of control, though his anger still shone through.
"Where is he? Where have you taken me?"
(OOC: First pup finds Seifer in the rec room holding a gunblade which looks like
this in a threatening manner. The rest can either explain things to the angry teenager with a sword or find him hanging around where ever they like looking angry if they don't want to deal with that. Just let me know what you want.)
