Stopping in her routine surveillance of the compound and the area around it, she smirks at the routine, more than the guy. She's met him before, but she'd be damned if she remembers his name. Something Biblical-ish. Like Adam or Enoch.
"And what are we up to today?" she asks, hands on her hips.

By that she means a lot. No happy-go-lucky island is going to keep Felicia out of being in prime fighting weight. Just because people like to give things away and volunteer and other horrifying things doesn't mean she has to relax.

Felicia tries to avoid the coward's way out more often than not. Swinging it around, she makes an easy loop with one hand before stopping and holding it in both, her grip just light enough to make it deadly.
"Got any requests?"

Despite the term of endearment, there is no affection in her voice. Her sarcasm leeches right through and takes all of that away.
"But I understand what you mean," she says as she starts working through the steps that she memorized so long ago it feels secondhand.

Average was boring. It was being alright with coming in second place rather than making any sort of effort to make all those behind her sad in their inadequacy. Always be number one, that's what her father had taught her and Felicia has yet to prove him wrong.

Eventually one of them would get hurt either out of carelessness or a desire to break the mould. Felicia isn't about to make a bet on which one that would be. Instead she slows to a gentle halt, arms hanging loosely by her sides.
