Though she wouldn't be taking any part in it, Karen enjoyed watching everyone else do the speed dating thing. It was nice seeing people connect, but even better seeing the mismatched dates. Not that she'd ever admit it out loud.
The set up went well, with Ianto graciously giving her half the Hub to work with before everyone who'd signed up began trickling in. Some names were familiar than others -- and in the holy crap, is that really Johnny Storm sort of way -- and some she knew were friends doing it out of boredom. Some, like Johnny or Jason Stackhouse, she was going to have to keep an eye on, if their hitting on everyone (including Karen) before things even got started was any indication.
It was time to start things soon enough, and after giving everyone instructions and making sure last minute details were in place, Karen gave them the signal to start, sitting at the bar with a watchful eye.
