Dated February 19, 2009:
Out on patrol alone very early in the morning, Dick sees someone fall into the ocean. He thinks it might be a tactical assault, but it turns out to be colleague Black Canary, Dinah Laurel Lance. It probably would've been simpler if it was a tactical assault, but they work it out - except the part about her not being their Dinah.

In need of telling Roy that his daughter's godmother who has just arrived doesn't know him, Dick leaves Dinah in the treehouses. Bart and Jill are friendly and helpful. Monet and Dinah definitely don't hit it off. Kon spills the beans about the loss of powers and Dick rescues him from a beating.

Dinah refuses to believe she's lost her canary cry and Dick takes her somewhere safe to test it, with predictable (for the island) results.

There's another Bird on the island, Dinah's BFF - except how Dinah doesn't even know her. Dick filled Dinah in, but he has to break the news to Barbara. It's even odds whether she's more upset about Dinah or pissed at Dick.
