Jon heard the infant laughter pierce the air followed by Grey Wind's familiar happy yip, and went toward the sounds, chuckling to himself. "He seems to have gotten the wolf's share of sunny disposition," he said, dropping down in the dappled sun next to Grey Wind and Reynald, looking up at Robb with a grin. "Rickon and Eddara ought to take a leaf from his book." He offered his nephew the tip of his finger, which the baby happily swatted at, laughing.

"He'll have his work cut out for him," Robb laughs, as Reynald giggles happily and reaches for Jon's finger, "countering the noise they make. I hope he stays this way."

"He will at that," Jon agreed, grinning. "I thought it was bad when Arya got took up drumming; now that Eddara has one, I can only pray the island does not continue the trend and send Rickon a set of pipes or a guitar," he laughed.

Robb snorts. "It's not the island you have to worry about there, it's Moril. He's the one who gave both of them the drums, don't go giving him ideas."

"Whoever gave him the idea in the first place ought to be beaten," Jon said, still laughing. Reynald laughed as well, kicking his feet and squealing in delight. "He seems to think it's a good idea," Jon said, cupping one of the tiny feet in his palm and grinning down at his nephew. "No more drums, right?" Reynald kicked Jon's wrist with his free foot and said "Bbbbbbbbbb," leaving it up to his father and uncle to translate.

"He's biased," Robb says, laughing, letting his son play with his finger. "He thinks everything is a good idea."

"Can't exactly blame him," Jon pointed out. "Sometimes I wish I could spend my entire day curled up in Ghost's tail." He grinned a bit, but it vanished as quick as it showed.
