It was Christmas Day, and in the world of Saint Nick, that meant only one thing: making sure that every girl and boy got their piece of holiday cheer. Nick'd been hard at work for weeks now, using his time on the island not only to acquaint himself with the people but also to craft enough gifts to ensure everyone had a happy holiday. It might not have been his traditional Christmas, but he'd been told time and time again that the rest of the world was in good hands, so Nick committed himself to making sure the island Christmas was special.
After ensuring that there were festive decorations hanging all about, and a plate of treats on the table, Nick settled himself down in the middle of the rec room, taking over a comfortable chair with a large, red bag of toys beside him. While he would normally delivered his gifts overnight, circumstances on the island were such that he was unable to do that, so he went with a more conventional method: he made himself easy to find, and hoped that his recipients would come to him.
