The facts were these: that after approximate eleven months of sunshine and warmth, snow had once again come to Tabula Rasa. While the bitter cold chilled the bones and reddened the face and fingers, the dead girl better known as Chuck enjoyed the fact that it was warmer today than it was before, comparatively speaking. The snow and ice were pretty and refreshing making the entire island seem like some sort of sugar coated wonderland.

Taking the long way home in a relative sort of manner, she enjoyed the way that air she exhaled came out in a big white puff and seemed to hang for a moment before disappearing. Rubbing her fingers together, she crunched the snow and ice under her feet, she contemplated the necessacity of keeping moving rather than standing still. None of this matter much as something grey, snow covered and rocky caught her attention out of the corner of her eye and her mind was immediately wiped blank.

Changing the direction of her path, she stepped over an ice coated branch, squinting in the coming twilight as she apprached the mounds, her curiosity and apprehension growing the closer she came. Standing within a few feet of them, she was able to make out what the grey snowy lumps were.

"Tombstones?" The idea of a pair of tombstones belonging to two people who were once loved and now lost sitting lonely and abandoned in the snow struck her as sad and a small tragedy. Shaking her head, she knelt down and brushed away the snow and ice covering the names, hoping that by knowing to whom these belonged then she could alert their family members and tell them what she'd found. Unfortunately for the girl named Chuck, the family that she was looking for, the loved ones who had been lost included something that made her heart sink at the sight of them.

"Daddy?" Pressing her hand against the cold marble for a moment, she turned to the other tombstone brushing away the snow and ice on that one. "Oy vey."

This was a lost thing Charlotte Charles had never expected to find again.

[The tombstones look like this. A good time to meet her, contrary to initial appearances (open to any & all). ST/LT]
