Cameron had just been going for a run, but it was impossible not to hear the shouts from any reasonable vicinity, and given that he didn't have anywhere better to be, he changed his course to the large waterfall. It wasn't a great surprise to see Zack was the cause of all the noise. There weren't a whole lot of other people he knew on the island capable of making so much noise.

He crossed his arms, squinting up at the man, before shaking his head. "That can't be safe."

Zack didn't have an inside voice or volume control most of the time. He just like living to the fullest which didn't leave much time to worry about noise making.

"Safe? WHATEVER! You can't worry about safe, Cameron," he shouted a reply. "If it weren't safe, the IPD would have it blocked off."

Cameron could appreciate living life to the fullest, but there were times when quiet and secrecy ensured that life wouldn't be cut abruptly short. Obviously, this wasn't one of those times.

Cameron snorted in amusement, shaking his head. "Like the dinosaur territory? I got the impression their protection strategies rely heavily on common sense and...patrolling."

"So you're not going to come up here and give it a try?" What did Zack know about being careful and ensuring life wasn't cut abruptly short?

"Y'know, I would...but I'm pretty sure at the very least, Vala would kill me if I broke something before she could drag me off to the other island." And he wouldn't put something similar past Morgan, either.

"There you go again with people killing you," he laughed. "Mission Failed, Cameron. This will go on your permanent record." He laughed again and then jumped off the ledge, shouting "Woo," all the way down.

"What can I say?" He stepped back to avoid being splashed too badly, and shrugged. "I'm just a popular person, I guess."

"Popular, right. If you say so. Whatever," he shrugged.

"So where's your shadow anyway?"

He frowned down at the man momentarily. "Shadow...? Excuse me?"

"Yeah. Where's Morgan?" Despite Morgan's previous insistence that she and Cameron didn't do everything together, Zack still expected to see the both of them rather than just one or the other.

He narrowed his eyes, and gave an amused snort. "I'll take that in the best way possible." Shadow had such a bad connotation, and completely implied the wrong thing. If anything, he tended to follow her.

Cam shrugged after a moment. "Probably meditating or reading?"

"Sounds nice and safe. And boring. I'll take the waterfall," he said with a grin.

"I'd try to convince you, but I don't want you to have anymore death threats."

[sgmitchell]

"Hey, you don't see me doing the meditating, do you?" He gave a chuckle, and moved to sit at a nearby rock. "Does T know about this diving habit of yours?"

Zack shrugged. He didn't answer to Austin, despite him being the more experienced partner. Or Austin's alpha nature.

"Why would he? Does he like diving too?" He didn't imagine Austin did though.

[sgmitchell]

"I dunno. I just figure T would wanna know if he's gonna get another partner any time soon." He grinned, watching the man briefly. "Although I'd bet he does dive."

[1st_zack]

"Why would he get another partner?" His tone conveyed that he understood exactly what Cameron meant, but that outcome wasn't going to happen.

"You're not scared of jumping off a waterfall are you?"
