So involved with my thoughts am I that I do not see the woman until I nearly run into her.
"Pardon me, my lady, I didn't..." and I break off as I realise what she isn't wearing. I turn round quickly. "I am so sorry."

"My name is Faramir and I am a Captain of the land of Gondor, my lady." I continue to look at her face which I believe she will find amusing. At least I am not as red as I could be.
"Few here have heard of it so I would be surprised if you had. Gondor exists in Middle Earth and we are currently on Earth, I have been told. Who are you?"
It is a fair question, even if not so politely asked.

She wasn't anything really, just a model, just a makeup of a machine. She could be so many things with so many personalities. But right then, she was Shelly.

She is very curious, and the most self-assured woman I've ever seen; an odd thought for someone I've spoken with for but a few minutes.
"Was there something you needed, Shelly? Some new clothing perhaps?" A forward suggestion, but also logical.

He looked to be straightforward and he had a warrior's stance. She only recognized it because she too, was a fighter in her own war.
"Have you killed many?" she inquired.

"More than I wish to think on," I tell her, hanging my head. "I would kill neither man nor beast needlessly. That there is need distresses me. To kill men is more difficult than orcs, even if the men follow the same Dark Master."
Who is this woman to ask such things? Does she know me and what causes me pain?
