There was something decidedly unnerving about having a date, even when said date was intended solely as a method for manipulation. Being clever and having self-confidence was one thing, but Sylar had never been especially in tune with the social stratosphere, and when he'd suggested to Eden that he needed Dating for Dummies, he wasn't terribly far off the mark. The book he'd been studying instead (The Professional Bachelor Dating Guide - How to Exploit Her Inner Psycho), however, was a bit more to the point, which he appreciated.
What he didn't appreciate, however, was that he currently had his hands full of flowers that he was gathering for a woman that, before the island, had shot herself in the head just to fuck with him. Hopefully, though, he'd appreciate where the flowers got him, and Karma would be visited with swift surety upon little Miss Eden McCain.
