They sound tired, but they don't sound Hagard, they got money but they don't have Cash

Things were just how Stu liked them. Janie and the baby were comin' on, the huts were all built for folks, leavin' just the boarding house and Chris's playground. He had lots to do, but he still had buckets of time to shoot the shit with people. Round about coffee time he headed inside the compound and stopped off to see 'bout the clothing box. It hadn't never once messed with him, and it didn't this time, neither. He come upstairs with a brand new pair of Nikes, just in Janie's size. Monday she'd come home with sore feet and swollen ankles, and there wasn't no way he'd cotton to that.

Stu took a seat in the kitchen, drinking his coffee and reading up on wagons and carts and such. It was gettin' to where he didn't like Janie walkin' so far. He'd have to talk to Kate, it seemed. He was gonna need some metal parts and...Stu was lost in thought, makin' plans and sittin' quietly as the radio on the counter played some godawful noise that had to be Sissa's taste. Sounded like the stuff the Ortiz brothers had called music that summer they'd decided to start a band.

[This is a great time to meet him if you never have. Anyone on the building crew or kitchen crew, or anyone who knows Jane can just assume you've been introduced. He's pretty okay with names. If you call him Stu, he'll try to remember you!]
