Okay, so cheese wasn't one of the best things to eat. It didn't mean that Cuddy disregarded it altogether. Once in awhile she indulged a bit, and today it happened to be cheese. Not a lot, just a bit - enough to satiate that random craving that came about once in awhile.
And it seemed to be a good idea, because she felt wonderful. Even moreso than she would have after a run. It seemed like the world itself was brighter, and the people in it were...well, more wonderful. And Cuddy didn't feel a single pang of despair. Instead the sun was shining and all she wanted to do was enjoy it.
Which seemed like a perfectly good idea. And if she ran into friends and loved ones along the way, that would be even better. Wilson, Jack, even House - maybe House most of all.
Her step was light and relaxed as she moved through the compound and then down the outside steps, setting off on her run. It'd be a wonderful day for one, and who knew what it'd bring.
[Yes, Cuddy has had the cheese! I'm also just coming off my huge statistics exam so I'd love some fun time please. Looking for Jack, House, and Wilson as well as Abby and anyone really that she's met. This is definitely the time to come see her because she's in the best mood she can ever remember being in. Scary, that.]
