i would like a roll call on the party. who is up for it, and who knows about these things. we need to get it organized so that as soon as it is about to start we can fuck it all up.
-do we need a hot tub suite that is smaller and less expensive than a regular suite?
-do we need a host of liquor or is everyone about byob?
-should we have a buy in?
-who is going to show up?

i would hate to go for this thing with the gusto and have no one show up.
there is a friend of mine who said he would throw down some cash on a keg or the room or whatever. if anyone feels that they can help in this matter just let me know. the more people that throw in the less it will be for everyone.
