The Start to a GREAT SUMMER!

Jun 28, 2005 23:53

So it's been like a month since I wrote in this thing, yet it feels like it's been a day. Where has June gone?
Riddle me this! I feel like school was sooooooo long ago yet, it wasn't. But anyways, life right now is pretty non complainable! I've had an amazing yet BUSY BUSY June.

So I graduated from junior year with straight A's---> how the hell this happened I'll never know, but I did it. And I'm proud so I'm putting it in here. Like it or not. I worked like WHOA hard when everyone else slacked (well...mostly...) And I did it. I did it like your mom.

So next topic...Presidential Classroom... *Sigh* I love you all so much. You were all so amazing and nice and man, I just love you guys. Caucas two was beast and Instructor Dan (they were awesome!) and Kim Possible were amazing! And though we dropped the ball sometimes, I think we did pretty awesome. The week was just so filled I don't know where to start. Well, it was at Georgetown U and I guess there was like 300 kidzos there. We toured a bit and hit pretty much every amazing place in D.C. such as WWII Memorial, Korean, Vietnam, FDR, Lincoln, Jefferson, Iwo Jima statue, the Awakening, National Archives, Smithsonians, the Capitol, Congress buildings, and probably more I forgot! But that was amazing. And I got to meet the Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert...quite the hottie. We got to sit on the House floor in the nice chairs and we got to meet Justice Scalia in the Supreme Court chamber. It was all pretty amazing.

But yet it doesn't hold a candle to the people I met. I love everyone I met and wouldnt have traded them in for anything. Where to start? Just a general holla to my Caucas 2....I would walk a thousand miles just to see you all. Carol, you're the coolest Jersey chick I know and I can't wait to see you again. Knock knock who's there? Carol? Carol Who? Carol HU! I love you girl and you're still my main squeeze. Matt, who knew that after PC we'd actually realize how amazing each other was? I miss you so much everyday and can't wait to see you this summer. We'll never forget Arlington... a little life altering to say the least? Oh well, I don't want to spoil you too much here, I already spoil you enough everyday. *mwah* You're perfect. Jeopardy, what would have PC been like without you? You made every caucas amusing and even drove me insane more in one week than anyone else. But I adore ya the same. Can't wait till our Jeopardy tourney. You're goin down brotha. Christian, you are officially my mentor for life. I love how things are "electronically limited" instead of broken and just all your eloquent ways. I hope you have a blast in T-Wood and hopefully i'll come up to Tufts for a visit soon! Alyssa- my favorite roomie. What would have I done without YOU? I probably would have started throwing up! hahaha...I'm just kiddin. but you are awesome and I miss you so much! Thanks for all the laughs and "dudddddes" and "sweet." :) Texas, you are f'n hilarious and could kill me with one punch. But you are so beautiful and Alex is really lucky cuz if I were a guy, Alex would have to kill me for you haha. You are awesome and keep usin that death penalty down there in Dallas. Dave/Cale/GA Boy- you are one of the coolest Georgians I have ever met and I can't wait till I come down to Emory so we can party. You'll have to show me all the hot spots for sure. Keep workin those abs pretty boy ;) Brandy, Sara, Katherine, Canada, Ashleigh, Jacie, Megan, Stephanie, Brittni, Jake, Cody, Alicia, Trevor, Kalef, Julio, Tom and Greg- you guys are all amazing. And I miss you all. I have great pictures of you all so if you want them, let me know. Just in general, thank you guys for making PC so fun because without you guys...all I woulda had was a stupid Moot Court Case. So yeah, you're great. WaRshington will always be in my heart <3

So after PC...what's next? Ahh...back to work! But no one needs to hear about that. Minus I'm hopefully getting a raise :) I really need one since I'm spending quicker than I'm making. ALWAYS A BAD SIGN!

Oh yeah, and I totally forgot! The Killers/Keane concert! Um.......ORGASMICALLY AMAZING!
Keane is my new favorite and I haven't stopped listening to them since the concert. (That and the new Coldplay CD which btw, everyone should own) But they just put on such a great show. And Tom Chaplin is my lover (the lead singer of Keane) And my friends were so fun to hang out with there: Becky, Cindy and Dick. I love you all. And the Stoners in front of us. And Scott and Brandon and Caroline was there. That was wicked sweet. What a good start to summer. Pics to come soon...

And NOW whats next...I think this brings me to my day with Jesse! It was loads of fun! We got dinner, went shopping and jammed out to random things. He is so awesome on guitar and I like drool when he plays...especially JM. I sang and he played. It was so fun. I hope I can play like that in 10 years.....*sigh* Then we just watched some T.V. and I kicked his butt in pool. Haha...jk Jess. It was alot of fun even though I got really tired really quick. I'm such a pooper.

And now to Adam's days! Man, I miss that kid SO freakin much already. I don't know what I am going to do without him. Gar...he is amazing. Oh well, this wheel must keep moving now. On Friday, we had our "farewell" day. We met in Pikesville at noon and then we went to Subway for lunch and I gave him a personal tour of all the sights of Eburg. It was hot. And then we putzed around my house and played pool and watched tennis and OMG! MY ACADEMIC TOURNAMENT! I have never seen a person laugh so much at an Academic Tournament. Though most of it was directed toward me...it was still funny. Like, it was just an amazing day. And then we did presents. I got him an autographed picture of Wynton Marsalis (the most amazing trumpet player for those not musically inclined), a photo album with TONS of pics from everything we've done together including the 4 countries we've been to together and random pics of our friends, and a watch. A really nice pretty Fossil watch. Silver chain and blue starburst face. Will go amazingly with Navy Uniform. So yeah, then we finished by going out to Liberatore's for a fancy Italian meal. It was all in all magical and a great goodbye.
Then, his party with his church and a couple friends was awesome. We did some really random stuff like shooting off potato guns and playing raquet/pingpong and watching TOTAL BULL- the best bull riding moments lol. It was amusing. Man, I just have to say for the record. Adam, I'm gonna miss you like WHOA and then some, and hope you survive Plebe Summer in one piece. Never change because you are perfect just as you are. You are one of the greatest people I will ever know and I'll see you in August :)

So FINALLY, the last major event...CINDYS SURPRISE BDAY DINNER! It was amazing! I can't believe we pulled off! Major thanks to Lori and Katie! Let's see: the attendees were Cindy's parents, her brother Brian, Me, Katie, Lori, Kristin, Ashley, Steve O, Steve B, Matt, John, Shannon, Shannon, and Billy. It was awesome. I got her a Nappy D "SWEET MOVES!" Notebook and a Franz Ferdinand shirt. It was incredible. FLIPPIN SWEET!

So for now, I'm done. And no one can complain that I don't write enough.

I love you all!!!!!!!!!!!

SMOOCHES!
