I think I made you up inside my head.

Because of the fact that I feel my journal has severly decreased its popularity (not that there was any before hand), as of now, I am going to let it descend into anarchy and forget about writing structured, thoughtful posts. Instead, I shall post arbitrary things I find amusing, beautiful etc.

Tonight, I leave you with this. It's a poem by Sylvia Plath. I think if someone were to ask me if I had a favorite poem, this would be it, either this, or another one I posted not too long ago.

"I shut my eyes and all the world drops dead; I lift my lids and all is born again. (I think I made you up inside my head.) The stars go waltzing out in blue and red, And arbitrary blackness gallops in: I shut my eyes and all the world drops dead. I dreamed that you bewitched me into bed And sung me moon-struck, kissed me quite insane. (I think I made you up inside my head.) God topples from the sky, hell's fires fade: Exit seraphim and Satan's men: I shut my eyes and all the world drops dead. I fancied you'd return the way you said, But I grow old and I forget your name. (I think I made you up inside my head.) I should have loved a thunderbird instead; At least when spring comes they roar back again. I shut my eyes and all the world drops dead. (I think I made you up inside my head.)".... I think I'd like to film this somehow. Possibly dub in someone's voice over images that I feel represent the stanzas or something of that nature. Ah me. I'm quite sleepy.
