I sat down tonight and compiled a full list of all the Zoids I know of in the Zoid shop in Battle Mode of Zoids Battle Legends. Note that there are a few Zoids that only appear in VS mode and/or the campaign. Also, I may be lacking a couple of Zoids (I believe Brad's Shadow Fox and Irvine's Command Wolf should be in the game...).

The Gunsniper is a rather famous Zoid because in New Century Zero, it was piloted by two exceptionally talented female pilots (one of whom is REALLY HOT :o )...

Gunsniper Leena Toros Custom - Leena...well, Leena is a hotheaded bitch. But that's good, because she's also a trigger-happy pilot who uses only Zoids that have a zillion guns and plenty of ammo. It's never enough for Leena to fire ONE shot. She usually unloads her entire arsenal in one fell swoop. She's also the unrequited love interest of Harry Champ, but that's another story...
Snipe Master - Basically the Gunsniper, except faster and less durable. It's a matter of preference, really.

Proto Zaber - Rottiger Team, the Special Forces Team on the Guylos Empire side, uses this nifty little uberized Zaber Fang. Rottiger consists of Kouki (looks a lot like the main character from Outlaw Star, and is known for blatant insubordination), Reiner (a FABULOUSLY FLAMBOYANT shooter specialist who just has to remind you how many times "I'VE got it! ;D"), Claudia (long hair, boobies, and the Genobreaker...what's not to like?), and Max (srsly...he's the worst Lightning Saix pilot I've ever seen).
Red Horn - It's a red rhinoceros. Heavily armed and armored.

His teammates are two sentient (and, in the original Japanese version, gay) robots named Sebastian and Benjamin.

Gojulas - This beast is huge, slow-moving, and disturbingly powerful. It was the superweapon developed during Chaotic Century to combat the Empire's massive forces.

Gojulas Mariner - A sea version of Gojulas. Appears like once in the whole series.
Gojulas The Ogre - I don't know which this is, but it sounds big. And mean. And scary.

Liger Zero - The Liger Zero is a rare white liger that the Blitz Team picked up because the manager (Dr. Toros) has an obsession with "big and shiny" things. The Zoid refused to let anyone pilot it until Bit Cloud, a junk trader, happened across it in the hangar and managed to befriend it. Most of the time, it doesn't actually seem like Bit is piloting it (more like talking to it), but I believe it's just his enthusiasm because there are several hints that he's a much better pilot than he let on before he joined the Blitz Team. The Liger Zero has limitless potential according to Dr. Toros, but to tell why would be a spoiler too massive even for this list. The Liger Zero is equipped with a CAS (Changing Armor System) that allows it to switch between the main form and three alternate forms, Jager, Schneider, and Panzer.

Liger Zero Jager - The Jager is the blue-colored armor. Liger Zero Jager made its first appearance against Jack Cisco and his Lightning Saix. The Jager's specialty is speed. It has two HUGE ion boosters on the back and stabilizers that pop out when the boosters are engaged. The Jager is the fastest stock Zoid in the game in a straight line...but it can't turn worth beans.
Liger Zero Schneider - The Schneider is the orange-colored armor. Liger Zero Schneider made its first appearance against the Tiger Team during a match assisted by the Backdraft Organization's Dr. Layon. Schneider has two blades on either side (longer than the Blade Liger's), and three on the top. The Schneider is capable of performing a five-hit, devastating melee attack...if the opponent is snagged properly.
Liger Zero Panzer - The Panzer is the green-colored armor. Liger Zero Panzer made its first appearance in an unsanctioned Backdraft Organization match late in the series. The Panzer has a grand total of eight pairs of missile pods, all linked, and a Hybrid Beam Cannon mounted on its back. As a desperation maneuver, Panzer can autolock on everything in the vicinity and fire EVERY weapon at once. The Panzer is also the most heavily-armored Liger Zero.
Berserk Fuhrer - Piloted by a kid enlisted by the Backdraft Organization, the Berserk Fuhrer is a T-Rex shaped Zoid with an extremely nasty pair of drill blasters on either shoulder. The Berserk Fuhrer is similar in that very spoiler-y way to the Liger Zero, and as such, also has limitless potential, a finicky personality (the kid is nice to the Berserk Fuhrer, despite working for an evil organization), and a CAS of its own.
Sturm Fuhrer - One of the forms of Berserk Fuhrer. Not sure on the specifics.
Sturm Tyrann - Another form of Berserk Fuhrer. Not sure on the specifics.
Dark Spiner - Looks like a dimetrodon. The spines on the back are an oscillating wave weapon.

Liger Zero Jager - The Jager is the blue-colored armor. Liger Zero Jager made its first appearance against Jack Cisco and his Lightning Saix. The Jager's specialty is speed. It has two HUGE ion boosters on the back and stabilizers that pop out when the boosters are engaged. The Jager is the fastest stock Zoid in the game in a straight line...but it can't turn worth beans.
Liger Zero Schneider - The Schneider is the orange-colored armor. Liger Zero Schneider made its first appearance against the Tiger Team during a match assisted by the Backdraft Organization's Dr. Layon. Schneider has two blades on either side (longer than the Blade Liger's), and three on the top. The Schneider is capable of performing a five-hit, devastating melee attack...if the opponent is snagged properly.
Liger Zero Panzer - The Panzer is the green-colored armor. Liger Zero Panzer made its first appearance in an unsanctioned Backdraft Organization match late in the series. The Panzer has a grand total of eight pairs of missile pods, all linked, and a Hybrid Beam Cannon mounted on its back. As a desperation maneuver, Panzer can autolock on everything in the vicinity and fire EVERY weapon at once. The Panzer is also the most heavily-armored Liger Zero.
Berserk Fuhrer - Piloted by a kid enlisted by the Backdraft Organization, the Berserk Fuhrer is a T-Rex shaped Zoid with an extremely nasty pair of drill blasters on either shoulder. The Berserk Fuhrer is similar in that very spoiler-y way to the Liger Zero, and as such, also has limitless potential, a finicky personality (the kid is nice to the Berserk Fuhrer, despite working for an evil organization), and a CAS of its own.
Sturm Fuhrer - One of the forms of Berserk Fuhrer. Not sure on the specifics.
Sturm Tyrann - Another form of Berserk Fuhrer. Not sure on the specifics.
Dark Spiner - Looks like a dimetrodon. The spines on the back are an oscillating wave weapon.
Killer Spiner - A really friggin' huge Dark Spiner.
Diablo Tiger Alpha - No idea, but it looks freaky.
Diablo Tiger Beta - Looks exactly the same, but with a different paint job and weapon name.
Cyclops I - Rhinoceros-shaped with a REALLY long horn.
Cyclops II - Sabre-toothed tiger-shaped.
Double-arm Lizard - It's a fat lizard with a sniper rifle. Go figure. Must be from Fuzors.
