it's kind of quiet around bloomington right now, which is pretty nice i guess. with the boys on tour (www.myspace.com/husbandwife) it seems that i've got a bit more time on my hands to git ur done. i finally helped out over at jess and mike's new house, which was something i had wanted to do for a while. it's always good for me to see how much people can accomplish without paying someone else to do it for them. although i do advocate paying people to do odd jobs if you have the money.
i've also been working on getting stuff done for september. who knew that weddings could be so much work? half of it is fun (like making stuff), the other half seems kind of ridiculous. in another life i would have tried to have a simpler wedding i think, but while i'm on this earth i'll choose my battles wisely.
it's always been that the closer i get to something i've been waiting for, the more time drags out. i guess it's because we're watching it more closely. God's funny joke on us is that time never changes, even when it seems like it's going slow or fast. God is a funny guy.
in other news, i've eaten 6 tomatoes, some lettuce, and 1 cucumber, all from the garden. nas.
