Yes, quite fair.

I have reason to believe, and Sir Hellsing will almost certainly agree with me, that Megumi's kidnapper was Alexis Hargreaves.

She vanished at about the same time that his portrait vanished from the Hall of the Missing--in other words, she vanished at about the same time that he came back into the City.

As for what he is, he's as mortal as I am--and I know this, as we're from the same world. But he has followers and guards, and he's adept at hiding himself in the Underground. He's ruthless and cruel; while he may not have abilities such as you and Megumi have, he's not one to be taken lightly.

The magic you taught her may have drawn him to her. He delighted in arcane rituals and supposed powers in our world, so imagine his reaction to this place and the abilities he found here.

What do you want to know about them? I know more about what they were like in our world than here.
