well.
jenn just left a little while ago and i miss her already ='(
i've been thinking a lot about what it would be like to live in the 1930's under the rule of Joseph Stalin.
as one of Karl Marx's theory talked about: if everyone worked to their fullest ability and reaped all the benifits, it would be the perfect society. That leads to Stalin's KGB, and the bourgeoisie and proletariat classes. *Karl Marx was a famous philosopher who eventually turned away from philosophy in his mid-twenties, and focused towards economics and politics.* *The KGB was Stalin's secret police who sweeped the area and brutally and publically executed people who were not in favor of his regime.* *bourgeoisie and proletariat are two social classes of early 1900's Russia. Bourgeoisie being the rich, powerful, capitalists and the proletariat were the poor workers who received no benifits for their extensive work and ultimatly started a revolution or riot, if you will, because they were sick and tired of being on the short end of the deal.*...we would all be over worked proletariat kids, with no voice or opinion. kind of like modern america! the "classes" are not as black and white as bourgeoisie and proletariat. there is more of a middle class but middle and proletariat would be purged together and all we do is work and work and work for the benifit of the capitalists and corporate monsters who are pretty much whores to their companies. examples: Haliburton and Enron. WAL MART *gasp* and Kodak and GM. all we do is consume.consume.consume. and in turn make them more powerful. yeah. wal mart is a monopoly...it's "seems" so great, puts out all businesses and jacks up those prices. that's illegal btw. *sigh* i can't wait until i turn 18 and actually become someone. no one is going to read this crap, it's just like history class....but read it. Knowledge is power, arm yourselves.

oh and btw...
