Parallel universe fic search

I'm looking for a fanfic that i read a while back and just can't seem to find any more. the main pairing is Albus/Scorpius and side pairing Harry/Draco and includes mpreg.
Hermione finds a book in the malfoy library and tries out a spell which accidentally sends Scorpius and Albus to a parallel world, where Draco is in hiding from an insane Harry. Scorpius and Albus discover that they were never born in this world and that Tom Riddle is re-incarnated as the son of Draco and Harry. i was almost certain that the title of the fanfic included the word parallel. the fanfic was alos available fanfiction.net and AFF but is no longer there.
