That was just lovely. I loved the setting in this era and both Scorpius and Albus working to save those poor muggles. And what great artwork! Albus looking so surprised with that helmut on his head. I love Scorpius' hair too. This all worked beautifully!

love it! Even with the background horror, the story just felt... I don't know - gentle? Good job!

Thanks so much. I wanted Albus to be a relatively calm person and the ending to be hopeful.

OH MY GOD. That was amazing!

I don't even know where to begin, but this fic just felt so real to me. And the concept of magical people trying to save Britain during during the war is just mindblowingly awesome. And I loved how Albus and Scorpius were timid in their affection for one another.

And then the art! Such beautiful colors and I love Scorpius' hair and Albus' helmet.

This all around rocked! :D

Ah wonderful! I love the setting. It felt so right. And despite all the terror and the bombs it felt almost...calm.

And this line...
Scorpius laughed nervously. "Not to rush things, I just wanted you to know I was available on a more permanent basis, if you wanted me."
...made me grin like a idiot, and flail, just a little bit.

Thank you! Scorpius is the all or nothing kind of guy, but he realizes Albus is more timid about such things.

Thanks so much. For Hermione (and the vast majority of the Ministry) the only solution to avoid the tensions between the Wizarding world and the Muggle world was to keep them completely separate. She would still fight for Muggleborns and discard pureblood politics, but after having her best friend almost killed (again) and seeing the fear and misunderstanding from the muggle prime minister, isolation would seem the better idea. I also imagine that even in Britain, the time frame would promote a lot of fear for being seen as different.

Sorry for the rambling. Hermione's decision to support the Ministry was a hard one to make.
