Oh, Florence! *clutches chest dramatically* I can't believe it's just over a month since we were there! It feels both years ago and yesterday at the same time. I do so love the details of it you have in here. :D

And I love this sentence: There is a wetness on his face, and Scorpius realises it's the first drops of rain, heralding the imminent thunderstorm. I love that the wetness on his face isn't tears! For some reason I expected it to be at the beginning of the sentence, and it's so great that it isn't. It's characterisation through omission! :D
