I did that today, both literally and figuratively. I recently suffered a very bad period of anxiety. Panic attacks so bad I missed a couple days of work, crap like that. BUT, and this is the important part, I'm better now. Thisnice weather has been a huge blessing, and as I stepped out for a walk this afternoon, taking a break from all the horrid fluorescent lighting, I felt JOY. And it felt great to know that I'm doing better. I have a lot of things to look forward to, but most importantly, I'm finding ways to enjoy the here & now. I definitely need to go on more walks!
