I am half-drunk from a night out at Oktoberfest and I have decided that I really really want to finish writing my short story tonight.

Just watched the trailer for Shame and it gives me shivers. Fassy is going to be fantastic in it.

Emily is doing promotion for Sleeping Beauty in the UK and is out and about being her awesomely-outspoken self.

hee hee yeah I was pleasantly buzzed after I got home last night. and then my f-list was going crazy over the Shame trailer finally finally finally being released. That was the must-see movie by the way as well. I posted the trailer for it - didn't it come up? Here have the youtube version.

its going to be amazing. i HOPE it comes to australia soon. I dont think i can take much more of people going batshit crazy over it. Fassy plays a sex-addict in it. And by sex-addict i dont mean the type of condition that male celebrities use as an excuse to cheat on their wives multiple times. I mean the kind of condition that is real. like an actual addiction. like having to excuse yourself in the middle of a work meeting to go masturbate in the bathroom stall. Its going to be intense... some of the scenes i've read about that are in this film.... jesus christ Fassy's a brave man.

thats another thing that got me hooked on him and Em being a good match. They've both recently done these amazing films (films were multiple scenes of full-frontal nudity is an understatement) which would have taken so much self-confidence and talent and courage. something about the type of personality it would entail to pull something like that off makes those two hooking up seem like a no-brainer to me.

haha agreed. i was so disappointed when i found out that it was just a clever photoshop and the shirt didn't really have the x-men on it. Fassy missed out on some cool-points there.

hee hee I love interviews with Emily. She always manages to work in a public service announcement in there somewhere (least thats what it seems like to me - poor wittle thing just wants to make society a better place haha). if you dont mind a bit of nudity here is another really good one from her.

WAHEY! I finished another chapter of my story last night. the end is in sight. maybe two or three more chapters to go. XD

Now why would you go doing something like that?

cause i'm just really not comfortable with writing RPF. its just one of my oddities. it feels like a violation of privacy to me. as you know, i'm a realism-driven writer. so a lot of my writing process is spent trying to think how the person thinks in order to be as true to their behaviour as possible. it feels weird and presumptuous to me to try and imagine Fassy's flirting strategies for example. even though i know i'm over-reacting and its all just harmless fun. but yeah, the more i know about emily and fassy, the more i just want to leave them alone and let them do their thing while i admire from afar. haha

there were some crazy days for awhile there on tumblr after the film was released where all the fangirls could not stop talking about Fassy's manhood. apparently its amazing and impressive and is in the film just as much he is. haha all i could do was stare at my computer screen agog and freaked out of my mind by the their stupid behaviour. i'm obviously just not built to be a proper fangirl - i suffer too much second-hand embarrassment.

oooo yeah. Sleeping Beauty would not have been a good film for you at the time then. its very monochromaticly grey.

oh wow. you know a sex-addict. how did you end up knowing he was one? i'm just curoius. did you know him before he was diagnosed? or did he introduce himself as one?

hee hee Dori was helping me get across what kind of face the Fassy-fangirls made me have after reading their comments.

and there's absolutely nothing wrong with getting all nostalgic over Finding Nemo - its the bestest! and btw, anything is better than ogling some poor actors dick on the big screen in my opinion. *grimaces*

Sometimes really grey stuff affects me badly and stays in my head after I've stopped watching it.

Think thats pretty much the case for everyone. but yeah, Sleeping Beauty is pretty haunting, its the kind of movie that stays with you afterwards. Approach with caution. that being said, its a rediculously interesting film.

as for your sex-addict friend..... geez louise. thats pretty intense. sounds like you handle it well though. wonder will you see some parallels if you end up seeing Shame.
