Hot, cold, dead cats, and cookies
Man its so hot in this room! Its almost like God is giving me a little taste of Hell so I will fear going there. haha. They got the heaters going full blast in this joint. Of course it has been very cold lately. I just got back from a very cold tour of duty a few hours ago. Striking those sites that caused by animals was not my cup of tea. As a matter of fact the guy I was working with acting as my partner was so mad when he found a cat on site he hunted it down and killed it in such a terrible way. I was driving the vehicle on site trying to look for it and scare it off. Thats what we always do. But Fraker had a much different approach that I had no idea was. He was patrolling the site with a shovel. Now I knew he had a shovel but I figured it was to scare the cat out from under the vehicles on site. An ignorant innocence. Well found the cat in a wheel well and told me. I told him to grab it and throw it off site. And what does he do? He takes out his knife and stabs it. The cat runs off. And we were back to looking for it. He didn't know if he got it and personally I had hoped he didn't. Well we found the cat laying next to the fence bleeding, I was still in the vehicle and Fraker was still walking around with his shovel. He ran up to it, it ran away with its intrails dragging behind it to the corner, and he starts beating it with the shovel the poor thing was still alive struggling to get away from this behemoth. Guts and blood were flying everywhere as I watched in horror. I was seriously disturbed to see this. haha. He shoveled it up and took it off sight. I yelled at him afterwards because I told him what he was supposed to do, and he didn't do it. But oh well. Anyway after this tour I got back to my room and it was blazing hot. But there was a nice little plate of cookies on my desk sent over here from the squadron. Along with the cookies was a card made by a first grader. haha. You remember those cards we'd make as kids for the old folks home or what have you? Well I guess thats sort of the thing they did. It was nice.
