Aww, this is super good! Your plot is really intriguing so far and I really want to know what happens next.

I love the way you've handled Cloen - you got that right mix between his cookiness and genuine concern for Jackie. And Pete! I have this weird fondness for alt!Pete so I love reading different interpretations for him. That line about a powerful man feeling helpless was spot-on, well done. AND JACKIE MOTHERBEAR TYLER!! Her yacking on the phone in the middle of tracking down Tony was beautiful, I love that bit. I'm only sorry she's out of the action now and you're not writing more dialogue for her. :D

I have this weird fondness for alt!Pete

I'm really fond of alt!Pete too, and I love fics that get to explore him and his relationship to his (still relatively) new family. Writing him has been great fun.
