Well, here I am.
I moved a couple of weeks ago, so if you come looking for me, I'm not in my old building anymore. Just a heads-up. Got a new room, a bike, and a flat screen TV (the cheapest they had at the BX, $135) all in one day. Yeah, whale of a time.
I now have a kitchen (old dorm didn't have one). Started cooking again. I'm getting creative in the kitchen; maybe too creative. Learned how to make alfredo sauce (adding garlic and sauteed onions is a good choice). Never a dull moment.
A couple of weeks left in my Natural Disaster Class. It's going okay. Started my Principles of Financial Management last week. It's all business finance, too. Essentially, it's Microeconomics on crack. It's nuts.
I need to start reading again. I haven't sat down and read a book in a few months. I'm getting rusty. I also need to travel more. I'm thinking of checking out another baseball game in Seoul; the last one was actually pretty fun.
I should be going to bed. It's only 2108, but I'm waking up at 0530. I've been really tired the last couple of days.
The new album should be in stores in September, and I'm starting to get excited. I've been playing around with a few riffs, but nothing too exciting. I don't think we've even publicly announced the name of the new album. Maybe it'll be a suprise to everyone (and us) and we won't say it until the day we release. Good music. You'll enjoy it. If you don't enjoy it, then you're not an American (you might be Canadian, or even a terrorist).
Random thought: I loved the ending to the second episode of The Office. It was wasn't flashy or suspenseful. It was just subtle, but refreshing.
That's all I have for now. You kids take it easy.
Always
