i had no idea you even called me. i forgot that i turned the volume off last night so it wouldn't wake me up early today if anyone happened to call and of COURSE i forget to turn the volume back UP once i am awake.
i am so sorry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
from the looks of it the kitten looks about 9-10 weeks old. chances are the bloated belly is because he/she might have intestinal parasites. the black gunk in her ears is probably chunks of ear mites. her bum might be really dirty because she might be having loose stool because god only knows what she has been eating or getting into being outside and all that.
i would go ahead and offer her some food. if you don't happen to have any cat food, you can give her puppy food until you're able to get her kitten food. if she seems like she can't eat the big pieces of food, you can wet it down to make it soft for her.
i wish i could SEE her belly in person so i could feel it and see if it feels like it's fluid or solid. can you tell when you touch her? does she seem painful?!
she's probably vocal because she's hungry. plus, she's siamese and for some reason siamese cats (or siamese mixed cats) are always really vocal.
i am going to be online for awhile waiting to hear from you. let me know what your boss says and let me know if there's anything i can do for you.

she looks like she should be old enough to use one. that way you don't have to stimulate her to pee or poop.
if you don't have litter, you can always shred up some newspaper and put that in a box and she should be just fine.
it's instinctual for cats to use litterboxes. i don't know HOW they know, but they do.
you can use warm water on her backend/tail OR you can use baby wipes if you think that might help too.
keep me posted on the wee baby and let me know if there's anything else i can help you with.
good luck !!!!

That is usually relatively easy to cure though right? Or I guess it depends on the parasite?
She is such a sweetie.
