i went to the doctor today
it was so fun
there were some really nice nurses though
one old guy
super friendly cut off my splint
one woman
just super nice
and another guy
talked about his daughter
and how his sister worked for columbia sportswear
another guy
talked about getting out of prison
that made me laugh
male nurses are the awesome
anyways
saw my leg
it's all gnarly
stained with iodine which i tried to get off
a vertical incision on my knee about 2 inches or so
and small ones where they put the screws in
my leg is swollen and purplish
...
so
i think i'll be getting another splint or cast
before i get a walking cast
well my arrogant doctor decided
i don't need any of those
so i am currently hobbling around
bare legged
my broken leg has NO protection on it
and the best part is..
i was getting really hot sitting there
before they took the staples out
and before the doctor left
so hot and bothered
not in a good way
that i was being rude and couldn't think straight
i didn't mean to be rude
i was just very uncomfortable
so as soon as the doctor leaves
i tell my mom
'i think i'm going to get sick'
so i start making pukey noises
and she grabs something for me to puke in
after i puke like 4 times
i realize what i was puking in
...
the hamper
it's where they put the dirty towels and stuff like that
i felt so bad
but the nice old guy nurse said it was ok
and they gave me water and junk
but whatever it was pretty funny
kristina is home so i won't be as bored
and i'm sure we'll have some fun
i'm not supposed to be doing much
but i think i'll modify that
i miss my friends
here and back in la
so i should get to seeing them, eh?
