Classes

As I was riding in the car on the way to Wasco I lifted my head up and looked out the window. I saw a white F-150 with more passengers than what was legal. Coats of mud were spat on the sides from wheel rotation, they've probably been there for sometime. I think I'm right to assume that they were driving home from a 12-hour work day in the fields judging from their vehicle, race, and attire. In the next lane pulls up a white man in a business suit talking on his touch-free cellphone. With the new car and air-conditioning to himself. I sorta chuckled to myself at the contrasting class distinctions. It would've made a great center-fold for AdBusters or something. Methinks.

Me and Melissa are making plans to check out La Mujer de mi hermano. Beto Cuevas is even in it. And Mentiras is playing through the trailer. I think we're going to end up in L.A. this weekend and checking it out. I highly doubt Bakersfield's theaters will tolerate bisexuality. Or movies worth watching for that matter.
