It's baaaaaack! I'll give the second chapter a few days, because last time people missed Chapter 15 when I posted Chapter 15 and 16 together. Enjoy, I have been told by my beloved beta-hamster, without whom this would not be possible, that it is quite good.Title: Unity

But this new chapter is so amazing, I don't know where to start! It's full of TROLLS, who "...thrived in the summer months, introducing their shamelessness regarding clothing to the orc populace" My troll priest Revnah is /dance-ing with delight at this!
And hang on, Voljin's WIVES?? Oooooh, tell me more! Could we have some porn about this? -Ahem, sorry, sobering up now :D
And then just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Thrall blushes. D'awwww.
Seriously, I love it a lot. It's beautifully written, especially the descriptive parts in the first half. If there ever is a writing contest again, you should enter this chapter as a standalone story and win - but then of course, Blizz wouldn't approve of the Thrall/Jaina shipping...
Looking forward to the next instalment! Soooo much!

The Zandalari are *old*. They're traditionally old and I'd bet they've figured out how to squeeze out some more years, so they've got more than a bit of a superiority complex and, as noted, they're theoretically there to help save the day, in the way a patronizing older sib is.
The problem with applying ANIMAL morality to HUMANS is animals ARE NOT HUMAN. They do not think, reason, or have the same priorities that humans do beyond some of the basic needs. I don't mind people feeling like animal totems are important to them, but it's pretty important to, you know, actually know that animals aren't people. Duh.
I'm really glad you liked it, and I'm sorry this reply is so late. You're also totally supposed to be curious about what Jaina is
