turning 21 doesn't feel much different than 20........
My birthday was so wonderful! Thank you to my friends for their birthday calls. :)
I had breakfast with my mom and my brother. James shared some interesting stories about Barnaby and Big Blue. Those are his birds. He also wants to get a white one, and name it Frost. And he wants to name a purple one, The King. He's weird. After breakfast, I had my nails done. Then to complete the afternoon, I went shopping at Victoria Secret. But I won't share with you what I brought home....wink.....
My Dad and Jan took me to McCormicks and Schmidts. It's a little seafood restaurant by Somerset Mall. My Grandparents also joined us, and Jon came after he got out of class. I had a really fun time. But I ate way too much food. I thought on your 21st, you're supposed to drink too much, not eat too much. Guess I got confused during the process. My grandparents gave me tickets to the show of my choice, including dinner for two. And my parents gave me a leather coat, a bunch of lottery tickets, and a lamp for my nightstand. Afterwards Jon and I came back to his house, and we pretty much fell right asleep. That's what wine does to me, it makes me sleepy. Today we are headed to the DIA. I've been looking forward to it for a long time. Who couldn't resist a day of culture. And then to somerset to build some bears. But the birthday celebration doesnt end there. There will be movies, partying, and drinking this weekend......
