College isn't fair.
It gives you a taste of what its like to be in charge. In college, you design a course of education, manage your own life, take charge of projects and can work hard and put yourself at the top of any class you wish.
Then it spits you out into the work force, where you sit at the bottom of the barrel until someone decides you'd be good for grunt work. You then do the same thing every day of your life for the next x amount of years (where x ranges from 5 to infinity) until some one more important that you decides you've got the "right stuff", moves you up a rung on the corporate ladder, and then you start again. Balls.
Maybe trade school is kinder. It wouldn't delude you into thinking you were more than a grunt.
