Yea, Tyrone and I are BFF's.
Haaaaa, I wish. But Chelsea and I went to Cal State Fullerton yesterday at noon to see him play.
Like usual, we got lost.
We parked at a completely different school and had to walk across the street and follow his voice to find him.
We were about 15 minutes late.
It was SO hot, but way worth it.
Tyrone definitely smiled and waved at me in the middle of his show, it was great.
Afterwards, Chelsea and I just hung out to wait for him while he was saying his hello's to all the fans.
Meanwhile, Mark (Tyrone's drummer) came to talk to us.
He was so confused about how we go to all the shows.
He was like, "Do you just ditch school or something?"
Then he told us all about tonight's show in San Diego (which, yes, I'm going to that, too).
Tyrone's keyboardist came up and introduced himself to us which was nice.
And his bassist(?) came up to me and was like, "I've never met you before, but I see your posts all the time."
He meant on MySpace of course.
I wonder if they like sit around MySpace and like talk about everyone who leaves them comments?
That was awkward.
Then finally like 30 minutes or more later, Mark was like, "Tyrone, Sammie's been waiting patiently for you."
Haha so finally Tyrone came over.
And he did that weird hand shake thing that I'm totally not good at.
Wish I could explain, but I can't.
So I obviously want to take a picture, right.
Tyrone decides we should take it inside the trailer where they carry all of their instruments and what not.
He was like, "Here, you hold this. I'll hold this."
The result was this:
I don't even know what that was.
Maybe I was supposed to pretend like I was helping them load up or something?
Haha it was funny though.
Then I wanted to take a picture with the famous "Rocket".
Which is the van that the band drives in when they're on tour.
It was suuuuuuper fun and I'm so excited for tonight!
