(no subject)
I used over 1,600 text messages last month.
The month before, I only used a little over 1,100.
Thank God for unlimited.
My girls competed at the Long Beach Pyramid last weekend.
They did amazing. They tied for 3rd out of 8 teams.
My first day back to school from winter break was today.
Ata and I left early so we could find our classes and find the Starbucks that just opened on campus.
I was really surprised because when they were advertising it, I really thought it was just going to be a little cart where they sold some coffee.
But it's an actual full on Starbucks. In a building.
They went full out fever on it, looks like any other Starbucks.
I thought I was going to be late to class, but I was right on time.
I'm taking Journalism first. It seems like it'll be an interesting class.
I got out rediculously early and waited for Ata outside of her class.
Then we had Astronomy together.
Our teacher is nutso!
Ata told me she looked him up on ratemyprofessor.com and every comment says something to the affect that he is a horrible teacher.
Great. Just great!
We had assigned seating so Ata and I don't even get to sit next to eachother.
A few things our teacher said today:
"Half of my class always fails."
"There are a couple of things you can do for extra credit, but it doesn't matter because you'll probably flunk anyway."
"I don't give hints for your tests, I don't tell you what's on the test during my lecture, and you basically have to read my mind."
Thankfully, Ata's mom teaches Astronomy at Fullerton college so that should help.
I have Psychology tomorrow.
