My friend Christina got engaged! Yay, she is the nicest girl in the world and I'm very excited for her!
What I am not excited about is tomorrow, which is Thursday, which means that I have to work 8-7:30. That's 11.5 hours in Satan's asshole. ::shudders::
Yesterday I had an interesting exchange with a large, old, biker dude at the DMV:
Old Man: You tell me to wait in line, and when I get to the front you come up and ask a question.
Me: Sorry... I work here.
Old Man: You know, cute will only take you so far.
Me: I'm just curious, sir, how far would being a condescending jackass take me? Perhaps you know?
Ok, I didn't say that last part, but what a lame-o.
Also, today, an old man gave me a piece of candy as he was leaving. It made me think of Dane Cook and getting kidnapped. So I had a good laugh as I through the candy out.
Anyway... better rest up, long day tomorrow.
