Chicita What!
So let's talk about how cool God is...
Joe's check was short this month due to an error in the accounting department in his company. I naturally freaked out, and worried that we wouldn't have enough money for the next week.
ANYWAY, we went to check out the new Meijer that just opened by us because we had a coupon. We went in and played the grand opening game in which I won a ten dollar gift certificate...cool
Later, after we had our basket semi-full, Joe grabbed a bunch of bananas. He wanted to make sure that we didn't go over our budget, so we pulled the cart aside, and I grabbed the banana's- there seemed to be a piece of paper in it ( I thought it could have been a coupon ) It took me a minute for it to register that it was a $20 bill!!!!
We got to the check out, and wouldn't you know, we had JUST ENOUGH money for all our things ( I hate using the ATM because you get double charged in fees )
What's kinda cool about that, is just the other day I was reading in Matthew how Jesus told the disciples to pull the fish out of the water so they could pay their taxes. I mentally thought that God didn't really do things like that anymore-- that he used people or other logical explanations. I'm thankful that God showed me he is always watching over me- just like "the birds of the field, are you not more precious to me than them?" Just by using a bunch of bananas---
