So it seems that Sasuke Uchiha is the most frequently written character in Fanfiction.
In terms of ship, the combination of Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha has more fanfics. However, when filtered with the genre Romance, the combination of Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno has the most fics. This may suggest that while there are more fanfics about Naruto and Sasuke, some of them are not written as a romantic relationship.
