Guess who quit his shitty job at pizza hut.....................This Guy!!!
Actually, I just politely asked the manager to draw a line through my name and everything else that I was scheduled for and left in the middle of my shift. It felt good. Then I got bronchitis for a week and nearly died. A lot. Who am I, the other Tate? So, I don't really have another job yet since that put a slight hinderance on my ability to search for one. Good thing I've been teaching lessons all along, because even with that, I have $6 in my bank account. Which is why I wasn't able to pay for the $98 of medicine it took to get better. Shit.
Good thing I'm not spending any money getting the Jeep fixed on Wednesday... Yay credit cards! I'm finally getting my catalytic converter fixed. For those of you who don't know, the caty converter turns your engine exhaust into stuff that the U.S. government says is ok to put in our air. When that doesn't work, the stuff coming out your tailpipe is pretty nasty. Mine broke a few months ago (it's a delicate part and we all know the kind of shit I drive over, curbs, rocks, republicans, etc), and my grandpa very kindly paid to get it fixed for me at this mechanic he likes. Heh. They put on the wrong one. Oops, should have gone on a pinto, not a Jeep. So Jeep has sounded like a tricked out Civic for the past few months, while causing engine damage from back pressure. I bought the correct caty converter, and I don't have any money to put it on, so I'm just going futher into credit card debt. Shit.
So three weeks ago I finally went to court over the accident in the Kia (killed in action, haha, get it?) back in june. I won. People shouldn't lie to cops about who was in the car and who was driving. Classic christian republicans (based on their bumper stickers, so don't go telling me I'm ass-u-me-ing). But the point is, I didn't have to take the fall. Celebration! Oh wait no then that night Erin broke up with me. But don't go all oh I'm sorry are you ok, because it was three weeks ago and if I wasn't ok by now, I'd be classified something medical out of a textbook.
Just in case Bill Gates reads this and decides to help a college student who loves Windows, I'm going to put my finances on the internet!

So yeah, that's not looking so good. I'm full-force into the job searching right now, hopefully with, oh I don't know, building computers or teaching music, since making pizza sucks. In the meantime, I'm thinking about wearing some not so new looking clothes (not that any of my clothes are new, I just take care of them), going to a park, and practicing horn there. Although this is Tampa, so I have equally good chances of getting a quarter and getting shot. Eh, we'll see which happens first.
