There. I've said it somewhat publicly and my head hasn't exploded, nor have I keeled over in embarrassment...yet.

Two brave souls have volunteered to read it (not in a beta-y way, I don't think, just a read through) and if their heads don't explode, I'll most likely post it here sometime next week.
I have a second story in the works, and an active idea for a third.
