Why is Tom Collins so kick ass? Because Jesse L. Martin brought him to life. Every time he came on the screen we were like *doink doink* and made the Law and Order noise. Tom Collins kicks ass because he wants to open up a restaurant in Sante Fe and I want to waitress at it. He's a Robin Hood for the new millennium.
